Q.チケット発売はいつですか？

A. 6/26(金)です。
販売時期と金額には段階があります。
・最速販売（6/26 12:00〜8/26 11:59）
・一般販売（8/26 12:00〜9/3 23:59）
・当日販売（9/4 0:00〜9/6 20:30）
の３段階を予定しています。
販売時期が当日に移行するほど、金額が上がりますので、ご注意ください。
金額は「金額はいくらですか」の項目をご確認ください。
＊プレイガイドによっては、時期が近づくにつれて一部決済方法が使用できなくなる場合があります（コンビニ決済等）

Q.What types of tickets are there? What are they for?

A.Tickets are scheduled to go on sale on June 26.
There are different sales periods and price tiers.
There are three tiers of viewing ticket sales: Fastest Sale (from 12:00 pm on June 26 to 11:59 am on August 26) , General Sale (from 12:00 pm on August 26 to 11:59 am on June 25) , and On-site Sale (from 0:00 am on September 4 to 8:30 pm on June 6) .
Please check the “How much are the tickets” section for the amount.

Q.How do I purchase tickets?

A.After tickets go on sale,you can go to the ticket agency “Rakuten Travel Experiences”website from the TICKET page, so please purchase your tickets from there.

Q.チケットに種類はありますか？どのような用途ですか？

A.各プレイガイドによって異なります。

＜BUZZチケ＞
観覧チケットとエントリーチケットがあり、用途が異なりますが、金額は同じです。
観覧チケット・・・観覧有料エリア（市民会館）で観覧をする場合に必要です。
エントリーチケット・・・ダンスバトル、ダンスワークショップに参加する場合必要です。
9/1・DAY1・DAY2・DAY3 でチケットが分かれていますので、使用日のチケットをご購入下さい。
＊使用日・・・バトルの場合は予選開催日

＜楽天トラベル観光体験・ふるさと納税＞
チケットは１種類のみ、エントリー・観覧共通チケットとなり、下記が可能です。
・観覧有料エリア（市民会館）の観覧
・ダンスバトルの参加
・ダンスワークショップの参加
※ふるさと納税購入画面において「観覧orエントリー チケット」と記載がありますが、後日希望用途を確認の上、希望のチケットを発行いたします。

The ticket is valid for both entry and viewing.

Q.観覧には必ずチケットが必要ですか？

A.SHIROFES.2026では、昨年同様に観覧有料エリアと観覧無料エリアがあります。
観覧有料エリア（屋内市民会館）での観覧はチケットが必要です。
観覧無料エリア（屋外）での観覧はチケットがなくても観覧できます。

それぞれの会場で何が行われるかは、TIMETABLEをご確認ください。
詳しいTIMETABLEはチケット最速販売期間中に発表します。
・観覧有料エリア（市民会館）・・・CIRCUS THEATER、COSMIC GARAGE、管理棟※
・観覧無料エリア（屋外）・・・FOREST STAGE、MUSIC VILLAGE

Q.１枚のチケットでバトル参加も観覧有料エリア（市民会館）の観覧もできますか？ も併せてご確認下さい。

※市民会館管理棟では、一部ワークショップの開催を予定しています。
ワークショップ自体は観覧できません。
管理棟内のロビー、トイレ、喫茶室batonはどなたでもお入りいただけます。

Q.Do I need a ticket to spectate？

A.There are paid viewing area and free viewing area.
A ticket is required to view the event at paid viewing area.
You can view the event at the free viewing area without a ticket.

Please check the TIMETABLE for where each venue is and what will be happening at each venue.
A detailed timetable will be announced during the fastest sales period.
・Paid viewing area (indoorHirosaki Civic Hall)・・・CIRCUS THEATER、COSMIC GARAGE、Administration Building＊
・ Free viewing area (outdoors)・・・FOREST STAGE、MUSIC VILLAGE
＊Some workshops will be held in the Civic Hall Administration Building.
The workshop cannot be viewed.
Anyone can use the lobby, toilets, and cafeteria “baton” in the Administration Building.

Q.バトルやワークショップに参加する場合、チケットは必要ですか？

A.バトル、ワークショップに参加する場合は、参加するコンテンツ数のチケットを購入ください。

9/1・DAY1・DAY2・DAY3 でチケットが分かれていますので、使用日のチケットを必要枚数ご購入下さい。
＊使用日・・・バトルの場合は予選開催日

例：バトル２つとワークショップ１つ＝チケット3枚

Q.Do I need a ticket to participate for battles and workshops?

A.To participate in a battle or workshop, you will need to purchase a ticket for the number of contents you wish to participate in. (ex : 2 Battles , 1 Workshop = 3 tickets)
＊In the case of Rakuten Travel Ekperiences.

Q.チケットを購入したら、エントリーは完了ですか？

A.チケット購入のみでは、エントリーは完了しません。
必ず事前に、エントリーフォームからエントリーをして下さい。
各コンテンツの詳細・エントリーについてはこちらからご確認ください。
同様に、エントリーフォームからのエントリーだけでも、エントリーは完了しません。
別途プレイガイドよりチケットを購入ください。

Q.Is purchasing a ticket enough to enter a battle or workshop?

A.Purchasing a ticket only does not complete your application to participate in a battle or workshop.
Please be sure to apply in advance using the entry form.
Please click here for details on each content and how to enter.
Similarly, simply applying through the entry form will not entitle you to participate in battles or workshops.
Please purchase your ticket from the ticket agency.

Q.１枚のチケットでバトル参加も観覧有料エリア（市民会館）の観覧もできますか？

A.チケットを購入し、観覧有料エリア（市民会館）で開催されるコンテンツに参加した場合、同日であれば、追加チケット不要で観覧有料エリアの観覧が可能です。

例：9/5に観覧有料エリア（市民会館）でのバトルorワークショップに参加した場合、同一チケットで9/5の観覧有料エリア（市民会館）の観覧が可能。

例：9/5に観覧有料エリア（市民会館）でのバトルorワークショップに参加した場合、同一チケットで9/6の観覧有料エリア（市民会館）の観覧は不可能。チケットがもう一枚必要。

エントリーと観覧有料エリア（市民会館）での観覧を希望の場合、チケット購入前に、ご自身の参加コンテンツの会場と日にちをよくご確認ください。

Q.Can I participate in the battle and also watch from the paid viewing area (Citizens’ Hall) with a single ticket?

A.If you purchase a ticket and participate in content held in the paid viewing area (Citizens’ Hall), you can view the paid viewing area on the same day without needing an additional ticket.

Example: If you participate in a battle or workshop in the paid viewing area (Citizens’ Hall) on September 5th, you can use the same ticket to view the paid viewing area (Citizens’ Hall) on September 5th.

Example: If you participate in a battle or workshop in the paid viewing area (Citizens’ Hall) on September 5th, you cannot use the same ticket to view the event in the paid viewing area (Citizens’ Hall) on September 6th. You will need another ticket.

If you wish to enter and view from the paid viewing area (Citizens’ Hall), please carefully check the venue and date of the content you wish to participate in before purchasing your ticket.

　

　

Q.観覧有料エリア（市民会館）では、いつ、何が開催されますか？

A.観覧有料エリア（市民会館）での観覧コンテンツは、9/5(土)と9/6(日)のみ開催します。
観覧有料エリア（市民会館）で、いつ、何のコンテンツが開催されるかは、TIMETABLEをご確認ください。
現在簡易タイムテーブルを公開中です。
最速販売期間中に詳細タイムテーブルを公開します。

Q.When and what is held at the paid viewing area?

A.Paid viewing area will host paid viewing content only on September 5 and 6.
The dates, times, and content to be held at paid viewing area will be announced before tickets go on sale.
A simple timetable is currently being published.

Q.チケット1枚で、2日間とも観覧有料エリア（市民会館）での観覧ができますか？

A.チケットを観覧のみに使用する場合、1人1日1枚必要です。

＊9/1・DAY1は観覧有料エリア（市民会館）での観覧コンテンツが有りませんので観覧チケット販売はありません。

チケットに観覧日の区分はありません。
観覧有料エリア（市民会館）で2日間観覧する場合、チケットを2枚購入ください。

Q.Can I view the event at paid viewing area on both days with one viewing ticket?

A.If you are using the ticket only for viewing, one ticket is required per person per day.
If you wish to view an event at a paid viewing area for two days, please purchase two tickets.
There are no date specifications for tickets.

A.観覧有料エリア（市民会館）で観覧が可能なチケットを購入していても、混雑状況次第で、観覧有料エリアへの入場制限がかかる場合があります。あらかじめご了承ください。

A.未就学児は観覧無料のため、観覧のためのチケット購入は不要ですが、必ず保護者同伴でお越しください。
未就学児でエントリーをする場合は、チケットの購入が必要です。

A.Preschool children are admitted free of charge and do not need to purchase a ticket, but they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Rakuten Travel experiences are available for purchase even for those residing overseas, but prices will differ.Please wait for further details until the ticket information is released.

Fastest Sale (from 12:00 pm on June 26 to 11:59 am on August 26) at 4,200 yen per ticket.
General Sale (from 12:00 pm on August 26 to 11:59 am on September 3) at 4,700 yen per ticket.
On-site Sale (from 0:00 am September 4 to 8:30 pm September 6) at 5,200 yen per ticket.
Please note that the price increases as the sale period transitions to the next tier, so please be aware of that.

A. イベント期間内もチケットプレイガイドで購入が可能です。

Q.チケットのキャンセル・払い戻しは可能ですか？

A. キャンセル・払い戻しについては、各プレイガイドにてご確認の上、各プレイガイドの規定に従ってくださいますようお願いいたします。キャンセル・払い戻しについてのお問い合わせも各プレイガイドへお尋ね下さい。
主催としましては、プレイガイド規定に則ることを前提として、プレイガイドでの上記対応が不可能な場合においても、イベント中止を除き、イベントスケジュールや演者の変更、不可抗力による一時中断等での払い戻しや再発行は致しかねます。

　

Q: Is ticket cancellation or refund possible?

A: Please check the policies of the respective ticket agencies regarding cancellations and refunds, and adhere to their terms.

The organizers subject to the policies of the ticket agencies. but, we cannot offer refunds or ticket re-issuances—except in the event of a total event cancellation—due to changes in the schedule or performers, temporary suspensions caused by force majeure, or similar circumstances.

　

　

Q.チケットの購入について、天候の影響を受けることはありますか？

A.SHIROFES.2026は雨天決行です。
ただし、天候によっては一部コンテンツが中止となる場合があります。
一部コンテンツの中止によるチケットの払い戻しは致しかねますので、ご了承ください。
また、天候によっては、一部コンテンツの開催が、観覧無料エリア（屋外）から観覧有料エリア（市民会館）へ変更となる場合があり、その場合の観覧には観覧チケットが必要になります。
天候による会場変更の判断は、イベント期間中となる場合もあり、期間中のチケット購入は当日料金となりますが、何卒ご了承ください。

Q.Is the event affected by weather?

A.SHIROFES.2026 will go ahead rain or shine.
However, depending on the weather, some content may be canceled, but tickets will not be refunded in such cases.
In addition, depending on the weather, the location of some content may change from a free viewing area to a paid viewing area.In that case, you will need a viewing ticket to view the event.
