Q.チケット発売はいつですか？

A. 6/26(金)発売予定です。
販売時期と金額には段階があります。
・最速販売（6/26 12:00〜8/26 11:59）
・一般販売（8/26 12:00〜9/3 23:59）
・当日販売（9/4 0:00〜9/6 20:30）
の３段階を予定しています。
販売時期が当日に移行するほど、金額が上がりますので、ご注意ください。
金額は「金額はいくらですか」の項目をご確認ください。

Q.What types of tickets are there? What are they for?

A.Tickets are scheduled to go on sale on June 26.
There are different sales periods and price tiers.
There are three tiers of viewing ticket sales: Fastest Sale (from 12:00 pm on June 26 to 11:59 am on August 26) , General Sale (from 12:00 pm on August 26 to 11:59 am on June 25) , and On-site Sale (from 0:00 am on September 4 to 8:30 pm on June 6) .
Please check the “How much are the tickets” section for the amount.

Q.How do I purchase tickets?

A.After tickets go on sale,you can go to the ticket agency “Rakuten Travel Experiences”website from the TICKET page, so please purchase your tickets from there.

Q.チケットに種類はありますか？どのような用途ですか？

A.観覧チケットとエントリーチケットがあり、用途が異なります。
観覧チケット・・・観覧有料エリア（市民会館）で観覧をする場合に必要です。
エントリーチケット・・・ダンスバトル、ダンスワークショップに参加する場合必要です。
金額は「金額はいくらですか」の項目をご確認ください。

Q.What types of tickets are there? What are they for?

A.There are viewing tickets and entry tickets.
Viewing ticket: Required if you wish to view an event at a paid viewing area.
Entry ticket: Required if you wish to participate in the dance battle or dance workshop.
Please check the “How much are the tickets” section for the amount.

Q.観覧には必ずチケットが必要ですか？

A.SHIROFES.2026では、昨年同様に観覧有料エリアと観覧無料エリアがあります。
観覧有料エリア（屋内市民会館）での観覧は【観覧チケット】が必要です。
観覧無料エリア（屋外）での観覧は【観覧チケット】がなくても観覧できます。

なお、エントリーチケットで観覧有料エリアの観覧が可能な場合もあります。
詳しくは【エントリーチケットで観覧有料エリア（市民会館）の観覧はできますか？】をご確認下さい。

それぞれの会場で何が行われるかは、TIMETABLEをご確認ください。
詳しいTIMETABLEはチケット最速販売期間中に発表します。
・観覧有料エリア（市民会館）・・・CIRCUS THEATER、COSMIC GARAGE、管理棟※
・観覧無料エリア（屋外）・・・FOREST STAGE、MUSIC VILLAGE

※市民会館管理棟では、一部ワークショップの開催を予定しています。
ワークショップ自体は観覧できません。
管理棟内のロビー、トイレ、喫茶室batonはどなたでもお入りいただけます。

Q.Do I need a ticket to spectate？

A.There are paid viewing area and free viewing area.
A viewing ticket is required to view the event at paid viewing area.
You can view the event at the free viewing area without a viewing ticket.

That in some cases, entry tickets may allow access to the paid viewing area.
For details, please see “[Can I use my entry ticket to view paid viewing area?]”

Please check the TIMETABLE for where each venue is and what will be happening at each venue.
A detailed timetable will be announced during the fastest sales period.
・Paid viewing area (indoorHirosaki Civic Hall)・・・CIRCUS THEATER、COSMIC GARAGE、Administration Building＊
・ Free viewing area (outdoors)・・・FOREST STAGE、MUSIC VILLAGE
＊Some workshops will be held in the Civic Hall Administration Building.
The workshop cannot be viewed.
Anyone can use the lobby, toilets, and cafeteria “baton” in the Administration Building.

Q.バトルやワークショップに参加する場合、チケットは必要ですか？

A.バトル、ワークショップに参加する場合は、参加するコンテンツ数のエントリーチケットを購入ください。
例：バトル２つとワークショップ１つ＝エントリーチケット3枚

Q.Do I need a ticket to participate for battles and workshops?

A.To participate in a battle or workshop, you will need to purchase an entry ticket for the number of contents you wish to participate in. (ex : 2 Battles , 1 Workshop = 3 entry tickets)

Q.エントリーチケットを購入したら、エントリーは完了ですか？

A.エントリーチケット購入のみでは、エントリーは完了しません。
必ず事前に、エントリーフォームからエントリーをして下さい。
各コンテンツの詳細・エントリーについてはこちらからご確認ください。
同様に、エントリーフォームからのエントリーだけでも、エントリーは完了しません。
別途プレイガイドよりエントリーチケットを購入ください。

Q.Is purchasing an entry ticket enough to enter a battle or workshop?A.Purchasing an entry ticket only does not complete your application to participate in a battle or workshop.
Please be sure to apply in advance using the entry form.
Please click here for details on each content and how to enter.
Similarly, simply applying through the entry form will not entitle you to participate in battles or workshops.
Please purchase your entry ticket from the ticket agency.

Q.エントリーチケットで観覧有料エリア（市民会館）の観覧はできますか？

A.エントリーチケットを購入し、観覧有料エリア（市民会館）で開催されるコンテンツに参加した場合、同日であれば、観覧チケット不要で観覧有料エリアの観覧が可能です。
例：9/5に観覧有料エリア（市民会館）でバトルに参加した場合、エントリーチケットのみで9/5の観覧有料エリア（市民会館）の観覧が可能
例：9/5に観覧有料エリア（市民会館）でバトルに参加した場合、エントリーチケットのみで9/6の観覧有料エリア（市民会館）の観覧は不可能
エントリーと観覧有料エリア（市民会館）での観覧を希望の場合、チケット購入前に、ご自身の参加コンテンツの会場と日にちをよくご確認ください。

Q.Can I use my entry ticket to view paid viewing area?

A.If you purchase an entry ticket and participate in content held at an area that requires a viewing fee, you can view the area that requires a viewing fee without a viewing ticket on the same day as your participation.
Ex: If you participate in a battle held at a paid viewing area on the 5th, you can view the paid viewing area on the 5th with just the entry ticket.
Ex: if you participate in a battle held at a paid viewing area on the 5th, you will not be able to view the paid viewing area on the 6th with only an entry ticket.
If you wish to participate in content and watch at a paid viewing area, please check the area and date of the content you wish to attend carefully before purchasing tickets.

　

　

Q.観覧有料エリア（市民会館）では、いつ、何が開催されますか？

A.観覧有料エリア（市民会館）での観覧コンテンツは、9/5(土)と9/6(日)のみ開催します。
観覧有料エリア（市民会館）で、いつ、何のコンテンツが開催されるかは、TIMETABLEをご確認ください。
現在簡易タイムテーブルを公開中です。
最速販売期間中に詳細タイムテーブルを公開します。

Q.When and what is held at the paid viewing area?

A.Paid viewing area will host paid viewing content only on September 5 and 6.
The dates, times, and content to be held at paid viewing area will be announced before tickets go on sale.
A simple timetable is currently being published.

Q.観覧チケット1枚で、2日間とも観覧有料エリア（市民会館）での観覧ができますか？

A.観覧チケットは1人1日1枚必要です。観覧有料エリア（市民会館）で2日間観覧する場合、観覧チケットを2枚購入ください。観覧チケットに日にちの区分はありません。

Q.Can I view the event at paid viewing area on both days with one viewing ticket?A.One viewing ticket is required per person per day.
If you wish to view an event at a paid viewing area for two days, please purchase two viewing tickets.There are no date specifications for viewing tickets.

　

　

Q.観覧チケットがあれば、必ず観覧有料エリア（市民会館）で観覧できますか？

A.観覧有料エリア（市民会館）で観覧が可能なチケットを購入していても、混雑状況次第で、観覧有料エリアへの入場制限がかかる場合があります。あらかじめご了承ください。

A.Even if you have purchased a ticket that allows you to view the event at a paid viewing area, admission to the paid viewing area may be restricted depending on the level of congestion.

Q.チケットは何歳から必要ですか？

A.未就学児は観覧無料のため、観覧チケットの購入は不要ですが、必ず保護者同伴でお越しください。
未就学児でエントリーをする場合は、エントリーチケットの購入が必要です。

A.Preschool children are admitted free of charge and do not need to purchase a ticket, but they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

A: There are three tiers of entry ticket sales:
The prices listed below are the sales prices from BUZZ Ticket, our Official Ticket Support Partner.
Rakuten Travel experiences are available for purchase even for those residing overseas, but prices will differ.Please wait for further details until the ticket information is released.

Fastest Sale (from 12:00 pm on June 26 to 11:59 am on August 26) at 4,200 yen per ticket.
General Sale (from 12:00 pm on August 26 to 11:59 am on September 3) at 4,700 yen per ticket.
On-site Sale (from 0:00 am September 4 to 8:30 pm September 6) at 5,200 yen per ticket.
Please note that the price increases as the sale period transitions to the next tier, so please be aware of that.

A.一度の決済ごとに所定の手数料がかかります。

A. イベント期間内もチケットプレイガイドで購入が可能です。

Q.チケットのキャンセル・払い戻しは可能ですか？

A. イベント中止を除き、イベントスケジュールや演者の変更、不可抗力による一時中断、お客様都合による購入後のキャンセル等、いかなる理由でもチケットの払い戻しや再発行は致しかねます。
エントリーチケットから観覧チケットへの変更や差額の返金も対応できかねます。

　

Q: Is ticket cancellation or refund possible?

A: Except for event cancellations, tickets cannot be refunded or reissued for any reason, including changes to the event schedule or performers, temporary suspension due to force majeure, or cancellations after purchase due to customer convenience.
We are unable to change your entry ticket to a viewing ticket or refund the difference in price.

　

　

Q.チケットの購入について、天候の影響を受けることはありますか？

A.SHIROFES.2026は雨天決行です。
ただし、天候によっては一部コンテンツが中止となる場合があります。
一部コンテンツの中止によるチケットの払い戻しは致しかねますので、ご了承ください。
また、天候によっては、一部コンテンツの開催が、観覧無料エリア（屋外）から観覧有料エリア（市民会館）へ変更となる場合があり、その場合の観覧には観覧チケットが必要になります。
天候による会場変更の判断は、イベント期間中となる場合もあり、期間中のチケット購入は当日料金となりますが、何卒ご了承ください。

Q.Is the event affected by weather?

A.SHIROFES.2026 will go ahead rain or shine.
However, depending on the weather, some content may be canceled, but tickets will not be refunded in such cases.
In addition, depending on the weather, the location of some content may change from a free viewing area to a paid viewing area.In that case, you will need a viewing ticket to view the event.
The organizers may decide to change the area during the event due to weather.Even in this case, tickets purchased during the event will be charged at the same-day rate.
