Reception method

.

観覧＜観覧無料エリア＞

・特に受付はありませんので、開催時間内にお越しの上、エリア内をご自由に観覧ください。

観覧＜観覧有料エリア＞

・エリア入場時に、スタッフがチケットを確認し、半券を切り、リストバンドを渡します。
・リストバンドは、その日限りで再入場が可能です。翌日等に再利用はできません。
・紛失、破棄による再発行は、不正防止のため半券提示でも対応できかねる場合がありますのでご注意ください。
・不正な入場が発覚した場合は退場いただきます。

バトル

・ご自身がエントリーしたバトルの予選が開催される日に、会場内のエントリー受付にお越しください。
・受付は6/28(土)・6/29(日)ともに9:00より、各日開催の全バトル受付可能です。
・受付はバトルごとに異なる場合があり、時間帯によっては混み合うおそれがあります。
・Wエントリーの場合、それぞれの窓口にお並びいただくことになります。
・Wエントリー等でご自身で複数の受付が難しい場合、保護者様等の代理エントリーでも対応します。
　なお、時間によっては、開始が早いバトルエントリー者を優先させて頂く場合があります。
・スタッフがチケットを確認し、半券を切り、リストバンドを渡します。
・リストバンドは、エントリー完了の印であり、予選時のサークルやナンバーが書かれていますので、失くさずに身に着けてください。
・受付は予選開始30分前には締め切ります。
・時間内に受付されなかった場合、失格となります。これによる返金対応等はございません。
　（万が一バトルが失格になった場合でも、リストバンド交換の上で、観覧有料エリアの観覧は可能です）
・受付後、予選開始時間に余裕を持って、予選会場へ集合ください。
　なお、このリストバンドで、同日の観覧有料エリアへの入場が可能です。
・予選終了後も観覧される場合、リストバンドは外さないで身につけたままにしてください。

その他注意事項は「観覧＜観覧有料エリア＞」と同様です。
エントリーチケットで観覧をする場合、先にエントリー受付を済ませる必要がありますので、観覧希望のお時間に余裕を持って受付ください。

ワークショップ

・ご自身がエントリーしたワークショップが開催される日に、会場内のエントリー受付にお越しください。
・受付は、6/27(金)17:00より、6/28(土)・6/29(日)ともに9:00より、各日開催の全ワークショップ受付可能です。
・スタッフがチケットを確認し、半券を切り、リストバンドを渡します。
・リストバンドは、エントリー完了の印ですので、失くさずに身に着けてください。
・受付後、ワークショップ会場へは開始30分前より入場可能です。
・入場時にリストバンドをチェックしますので、必ず身につけてスタッフに提示ください。
その他注意事項は「観覧＜観覧有料エリア＞」「バトル」と同様です。
受付締切時間は設けず、遅れても参加は可能ですが、遅れて受講できなかった場合等の返金対応等はございません

Viewing＜Free viewing area＞

・There is no need to check in, so please come during the event hours and feel free to browse the area.

Viewing＜Paid viewing area＞

・When you enter the area, staff will check your ticket, tear off the stub, and give you a wristband.
・By wearing this wristband, you can re-enter the area on that day only. It cannot be reused the next day.
・To prevent fraud, if you lose or discard your wristband, we may not be able to reissue it even if you present the ticket stub.
・If unauthorized entry is discovered, you will be asked to leave.

Battles

・Please come to the Entry Reception at the venue on the day of the qualifying round for the battle you have entered.
・Entries will be accepted from 9:00 am on both June 28th and June 29th for all battles held on those days.
・The reception counters may be different for each battle, and it may be crowded depending on the time of day.
・If you have multiple entries, you will need to line up at each counter.
・If it is difficult for you to make multiple entry reception in person, a guardian can make the reception on your behalf.
・Staff will check your ticket, tear off the stub, and give you a wristband.
・The wristband is proof that your entry is complete and has your circle and number from the qualifying round written on it, so please make sure to keep it on.
・Entries will close 30 minutes before the start of each battle qualifying round.
・If you do not complete the entry reception within the time limit, you will be disqualified and no refunds will be given.
　＊Even if you are disqualified, you will still be able to view the paid viewing areas if you get a wristband.
・After reception, please arrive at the qualifying venue with enough time to spare before the qualifying round begins.
・If you wear this wristband, you will be able to view the event in the paid viewing areas on the same day.
・If you wish to watch the event after the qualifying rounds have finished, please keep your wristband on.

Other precautions are the same as for “Viewing “.
If you wish to watch the event using an entry ticket, you will first need to complete the entry reception, so please make sure to arrive early enough for the time you wish to watch.

Workshops

・Please come to the Entry Reception at the venue on the day of the workshop you have entered.
・Entries will be accepted from 5:00 pm on June 27th, and from 9:00 am on both June 28th and June 29th for all workshops held on those days.
・Staff will check your ticket, tear off the stub, and give you a wristband.
・The wristband is proof that your entry is complete, so please make sure to keep it on.
・After reception, you can enter the workshop venue 30 minutes before the start of the workshop.
・Your wristband will be checked upon entry, so please be sure to wear it and show it to staff
Other precautions are the same as for “Viewing “and “Battles”.
There is no deadline for reception, so you can still participate even if you are late, but there will be no refunds if you are unable to attend due to being late.
