Q.ダンスをしていなくても楽しめますか？

A.SHIROFES.2024では、ライブなどダンス以外のステージコンテンツや出店なども予定しています。ダンスコンテンツはダンスをしていない方でも見応えがあると思いますので、どなたでも楽しめます！

　

Q. Will I be able to enjoy it even if I’m not a dancer?

A. There will be a variety of on-stage contents and shop stands at SHHIROFES.2023 as　well, and the dance contents are sure to be fun and engaging to watch for anyone including　people who aren’t dancers!

　

　

Q.子どもだけでの観覧も可能ですか？

A.お子様だけでの観覧も可能ではありますが、事故、紛失、盗難、ケガ、病気等についての責任は負いかねますので、できる限り保護者同伴での観覧をお願いします。

　

Q. Can children attend alone?

A. Yes, children can come alone, but we will not be held liable for any accidents, losses, theft, injuries, illness, etc. so we strongly advise a supervisor to accompany children.

　

　

Q.当日のお問い合わせ先 はありますか？

A.当日電話窓口を後日公開予定ですが、緊急でない場合はフォームよりお願いいたします。

返信に時間がかかる場合がありますが、内容は確認しております。

電話窓口は混み合う場合があります。繋がらない場合、折り返しに時間がかかる場合などあらかじめご了承ください。

A.タイムテーブルは準備ができ次第公開します。

A. The timetable will be published as soon as it is ready.

Q.雨天時は開催しますか？

A.開催します。ただし警報等が発生した場合は、やむを得ず中止とさせていただく場合もございます。公式SNS等からの情報発信をご確認ください。

　
Q. Will the event be held in case of rain?

A. Yes, the event will be held. However, in the event of a weather event, we may have no choice but to cancel the event. Please check our official social media for information.

　

　

Q.何を持っていけばいいですか？また、持っていってはいけないですか？

A.熱中症対策として、また、イベントを安心して楽しむために推奨する持ち物はこちらです。
・冷たい飲み物
・帽子、日傘、タオル（日傘は一部エリアでのみ使用できます）
・ハンディ扇風機、うちわ、扇子
・冷却タオル
・雨具（レインコートをおすすめします）
・レジャーシートやイス（一部エリアで使用できます）
・動きやすい服や靴

危険物・薬物・凶器となりうるもの 等は持ち込みいただけません。

テント、花火、ドローンは使用不可です。

その他法律で禁止されている物品及び他人に迷惑をかけるおそれのある物品の持ち込みは禁止いたします。

　
Q. What should I bring? What should I not bring?

A. Here is a list of items that we recommend as measures against heatstroke:

-Cold drinks

-Hat, parasol, towel (Parasols can only be used in some areas)

-Fans (electric or manual)

-Cooling towels

-Face masks (and spares), a face mask case

-Rain wear

-Picnic sheets and foldable chairs (that can be used at some area)

-Easy-to-move clothes and shoes

Dangerous objects, drugs, and potential weapons are restricted.

Tents,fireworks,drone are not allowed.

It is prohibited to bring in any other items prohibited by law or items that may cause trouble to others.

　

　

Q.イベントで写真や動画の撮影は可能ですか？

A.イベントは撮影可能ですが、三脚やセルフィースティックの使用におかれましては、周りの方にご配慮ください。ご迷惑となる使用をされている場合はスタッフからお声がけさせていただくことがございます。

　
Q. Is it possible to take photos and videos at the event?

A. Photography is allowed at the event, but please be considerate of others around you when using tripods and selfie sticks. If you are using them in a way that is disruptive, our staff may ask you to stop.

　

　

Q.撮った写真や動画をSNS等に上げることは可能ですか？

A.可能ですが、他のお客様の写り込みにご配慮ください。

　
Q. Is it possible to post photos and videos on social media?

A. Yes, but please be careful not to include other guests in your photos or videos.

　

　

Q.撮影に写り込む場合がありますか？

A.イベント中は、ステージを問わずオフィシャルの撮影クルーが会場内を撮影しますので、観覧のお客様も写り込む場合がございます。また、イベント中の写真や映像は、今後の告知等のため印刷物や動画等に使用させていただく場合がございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

　

Q. Will I be photographed in some cases?

A. During the event, official film crews will be filming the venue, regardless of the stage, so there is a possibility that some audience members may be filmed. Please understand that photos and videos taken during the event may be used for future announcements in printed materials, videos, etc.

　

　

Q.休む場所はありますか？

A.会場内にあるパラソルや木陰、建物内をご利用ください。

　

Q: Is there a place to rest?

A: Please use the parasols, shaded areas under trees, and buildings within the venue.　

　

　

Q.怪我をしたり、具合が悪くなったらどうすればいいですか？

A.お近くのスタッフやINFORMATIONにお申し出ください。
休憩や必要に応じて医療スタッフによる対応が可能です。

　

Q. What should I do if I get injured or sick?

A. Please inform the nearest staff or information desk.

The relief space is available for rest and, if necessary, medical staff can assist you.

　

　

〜その他注意事項〜

貴重品は自己管理ください。会場内や道中にて発生した事故、盗難に関しまして、主催・会場・出演者は一切の責任を負いかねます。

会場内での急病や負傷について、救護班により可能な範囲での応急処置はいたしますが、その後の責任は一切負いかねますのでご了承ください。

第三者に対する事故、傷害等を起こされた場合、当事者間で解決いただきます。

ご来場者様同士のトラブルに関しましても、主催・会場・出演者は協議や問題解決には一切関与いたしません。

Please take care of your valuables.The organizer, venue, and performers are not responsible for any accidents or theft that occur at the venue or on the way.

We will provide first aid to the extent possible in the event of sudden illness or injury at the venue, but please note that we will not be responsible for any subsequent.

If an accident or injury occurs with a third party, it will be resolved between the parties involved.

The organizer, venue, and performers will not be involved in any discussion or resolution of problems between attendees.
