A. The timetable will be published as soon as it is ready.

　

Q.雨天時は開催しますか？

A.開催します。ただし警報等が発生した場合は、やむを得ず中止とさせていただく場合もございます。公式SNS等からの情報発信をご確認ください。

　
Q. Will the event be held in case of rain?

A. Yes, the event will be held. However, in the event of a weather event, we may have no choice but to cancel the event. Please check our official social media for information.

　

Q.何を持っていけばいいですか？

A.熱中症や感染症対策として、また、イベントを安心して楽しむために推奨する持ち物はこちらです。
・冷たい飲み物
・帽子、日傘、タオル
・ハンディ扇風機、うちわ、扇子
・冷却タオル
・除菌シート
・小さなゴミ袋
・雨具（レインコートをおすすめします）
・レジャーシートやイス（一部エリアで使用できます）
・動きやすい服や靴（会場内は起伏の多い場所があります）

　
Q. What should I bring?

A. Here is a list of items that we recommend as measures against heatstroke and infectious diseases:

-Cold drinks

-Hat, parasol, towel

-Fans (electric or manual)

-Cooling towels

-Face masks (and spares), a face mask case

-Disinfectant sheets

-Small trash bags

-Rain wear

-Picnic sheets and foldable chairs (that can be used at some area)

-Easy-to-move clothes and shoes (There are some spots with rough terrain within the venue)

　

Q.イベントへの途中入場・途中退場は可能ですか？

A.可能です。入場の際にお渡しするリストバンドを再入場時にお見せください。

　

Q. Is it possible to enter or leave during the event?

A. Yes, it is possible. Please show the wristband you will be given at the time of entry upon re-entry.

　

Q.イベントで写真や動画の撮影は可能ですか？

A.イベントは撮影可能ですが、三脚やセルフィースティックの使用におかれましては、周りの方にご配慮ください。ご迷惑となる使用をされている場合はスタッフからお声がけさせていただくことがございます。

　
Q. Is it possible to take photos and videos at the event?

A. Photography is allowed at the event, but please be considerate of others around you when using tripods and selfie sticks. If you are using them in a way that is disruptive, our staff may ask you to stop.

　

Q.撮った写真や動画をSNS等に上げることは可能ですか？

A.可能ですが、他のお客様の写り込みにご配慮ください。

　
Q. Is it possible to post photos and videos on social media?

A. Yes, but please be careful not to include other guests in your photos or videos.

　

Q.撮影に写り込む場合がありますか？

A.イベント中は、ステージを問わずオフィシャルの撮影クルーが会場内を撮影しますので、観覧のお客様も写り込む場合がございます。また、イベント中の写真や映像は、今後の告知等のため印刷物や動画等に使用させていただく場合がございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

　

Q. Will I be photographed in some cases?

A. During the event, official film crews will be filming the venue, regardless of the stage, so there is a possibility that some audience members may be filmed. Please understand that photos and videos taken during the event may be used for future announcements in printed materials, videos, etc.

　

Q.休む場所はありますか？

A.会場内にいくつもあるパラソルや木陰、白鳥座ロビー等をご利用ください。

　

Q. Are there places to rest?

A. Please use the parasols and shade trees located throughout the venue, as well as in the Swan lobby.

　

Q.怪我をしたり、具合が悪くなったらどうすればいいですか？

A.お近くのスタッフやINFORMATIONにお申し出ください。
各INFORMATIONで休憩や必要に応じて医療スタッフによる対応が可能です。

　

Q. What should I do if I get injured or sick?

A. Please inform the nearest staff or information desk.

Each information desk is available for rest and, if necessary, medical staff can assist you.

　

Q.会場内で花火はできますか？

A.安全のため、花火は不可とさせていただきます。

　
Q. Are fireworks allowed in the venue?

A. For safety reasons, fireworks are not allowed.

　

Q.会場内でドローンは使用しても良いですか？

A.安全のためドローンの持ち込みは不可とさせていただきます。
