Q.当日エントリーは可能ですか？

A.当日エントリーはできません。必ず事前のエントリーとチケットの購入を済ませてください。

　

Q. Will be I be able to enter on the day of?

A. No. Please be sure to purchase an entry ticket beforehand.

　

Q.急遽出れなくなりましたが、自分の代わりに出てくれる人が見つかりました。どうすれば良いですか？

A.一度メールにてお問い合わせ下さい。その際、ダンサーネームとエントリー済みのバトルコンテンツをお知らせください。
　

Q. Something came up and I can’t attend, but I found someone to take my place. What should I do?

A. Please e-mail us first. In your e-mail, please write your dancer alias and specify which dance contents you have entered for.

　

Q.エントリーのキャンセルはできますか？

A.キャンセルの場合は一度メールにてご連絡ください。

購入済みチケットにつきましては、プレイガイドにて直接ご確認下さい。

A. Please send us an email.

Regarding your purchased ticket, please refer to the ticket purchasing site that you purchased from.

　

Q.当日遅刻しそうな場合はどうすれば良いですか？

A.時間厳守となります。受付時間内に必ずご自身が出場するバトルの受付にて受付をお済ませください。

　

Q. What should I do if I’m going to be late on the day of the event?

A. We will be punctual. Please be sure to check in to your battles at the reception within the specified times.

　

Q.ダンスバトルのルールを教えてください。

A.SHIROFES ENTRYの各バトルページに掲載しています。

　

Q. What are the rules for the dance battles?

A. Please check the battles page of the SHIROFES ENTRY website.

　

Q.帰りの交通手段を決めたいので、ダンスバトルの終了時刻を教えてください。

A.タイムテーブルをご覧ください。
ただし、今後予定が変更になる場合もあります。
また、当日の進行次第で変更になる場合もありますのでご了承ください。
なお、イベント終了は3日間とも21:00です。

　
Q. I’d like to schedule my departure. What time do the dance battles end?

A. Please check the timetable.

However, the timetable may change prior to the event or depending on the progress on the day. Keep in mind that the events will end at 9PM on all three days.

　

Q.複数のダンスバトルにエントリーは可能ですか？

A.可能です。「3日間通し券」1枚につき2コンテンツまでエントリーいただけます。

3コンテンツ以上エントリーされる場合は別途「＋１エントリー券」を追加エントリー分ご購入ください。

ただし、ダンスバトルは複数のステージで同時刻に開催される場合があります。

Q. Is it possible to enter multiple dance battles?

A. Yes. You may enter 2 battles for each 3-Day Pass that you purchase.

Please purchase ‘+1 Entry Ticket’ for each content that you would like to participate in beyond that.

Also, keep in mind that multiple dance battles will progress simultaneously at different stages.

Q.一度1つのバトルにエントリーをして、後から他のバトルのエントリーをすることも可能ですか？

A.可能です。上記同様となります。

　
Q. I signed up for one battle. Can I enter another one afterwards?

A. Yes. Please refer to the FAQ above.

　

Q.一緒に出る人が決まっていないと2on2やCREWはエントリーできませんか？

A.メンバー全員のダンサーネーム入力が必要になりますので、できません。決定の上でエントリーください。エントリー数の上限がありますので、早めのメンバー決定、エントリーをおすすめいたします。

　
Q. Can I enter 2on2 or CREW if other members are still undecided?

A. No. You will need to enter the dancer names of all members. Please decide before entering. There is a limit to the number of entries, so we recommend that you decide on members and enter as soon as possible.

　

Q.子どもだけでのダンスバトル参加も可能でしょうか?

A.お子様だけでの参加も可能ではありますが、事故、紛失、盗難、ケガ、病気等についての責任は負いかねますので、できる限り保護者同伴での参加をお願いします。

　

Q. Can children enter the dance battles alone?

A. Yes, children can come alone, but we will not be held liable for any accidents, losses, theft, injuries, illness, etc. so we strongly advise a supervisor to accompany children.

　

Q.海外からのエントリー、日本国籍でなくてもエントリー可能ですか？

A.可能です。海外から入国される場合にはその時々に応じたルールに従ってお越しください。

　
Q. Can non-Japanese citizens enter?

A. Yes. Please be sure to check with the immigration rules at the time that you enter the country.
